Sheikh Dr. Adnan Al Zahrani is Professor of E-commerce in Islamic Jurisprudence at Umm Al-Qura University. He has studied statutes for several years, and has worked as a member of Shariah supervisory boards, and acted as Shariah advisor to a number of companies and banks, offering legal fatwas and consultations for organisations such as Bank AlJazira, Alinma Bank, SABB, Savola, Ewaan, and Kabli Holding. He has special expertise in studying budgets and accounting, distribution and division of inheritance, and auditing all bank’s substitute programs and traditional non-Islamic programs in Bank AlJazira. He has researched and authored many publications in his field of specialty and appeared on several television channels.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Nafie Al Salmi is Professor of Jurisprudence and Judicial Studies, and supervisor of postgraduate judicial studies at the Department of Shariah, King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. He has participated in drafting of various regulations and legislations and has also served as chairman and member of financial and insurance committees. He has chaired several arbitration tribunals. He has taught various jurisprudential and judicial subjects, such as financial judiciary, jurisprudence of financial transactions, and others. He has supervised and discussed many PhD dissertations on Islamic finance, jurisprudence and judicial affairs, and authored many books and research studies in his fields of specialty.

Sheikh Dr. Maher bin Mohammed Al Qurashi is Professor of Judicial Studies and Regulations at Umm Al-Qura University. He is the Chairman of the Legal Committee for Draing the Regulations of the Mining Investment Law at the Ministry of Industry, and a Member of the Supreme Committee for Law and Judicial Programs at the University of Jeddah. He is Professor of jurisprudence of contemporary financial transactions, jurisprudential rules, property provisions, Shariah purposes, felonies, means of proof, legal pleadings, investigation and public prosecution and the labour law and social security for the Department of Regulations of the Judicial Studies and Regulations College, Umm Al-Qura University. He is teacher of the corporate course of the Accounting Department at the College of Business Administration, Umm Al-Qura University. Author of the book “Fiqh Al Nawazil, an Applied Fundamental Study”, and co-author with Dr. Abdulrahman Al Salmi of “Identity of the judicial studies specialisation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an applied study on a proposed course for the Bachelor’s level and a Shariah diploma to qualify law graduates for judiciary work”.
