Prior to joining GIB, Sami served as Chief Digital Officer at Alinma Bank and Samba Financial Group and held executive roles at The Saudi National Bank (SNB) and Alawwal Bank, where he led major retail transformation and digital innovation initiatives. He has also contributed to the fintech ecosystem through board memberships at Saudi Financial Technology and Adaptive TechSoft. His expertise spans digital strategy, customer experience, and large-scale retail transformation.

Naif Al BazNaif Al Baz has over 25 years of executive experience in regional banking and financial institutions. He serves as a Board Member for several financial and non-financial organisations.
