Sara Abdulhadi has more than 21 years of experience in global markets activities and strategic planning with a background in investments, derivative and FX trading; as well as liquidity and funding management. She holds an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School, City University, London, and a BSc in Accounting from King Saud University, Riyadh. Sara has also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.

Mushari Al Otaibi has over 33 years’ experience in back office operations, human resources, retail banking and wealth management. Mushari attended the High Performers Leadership Programme at INSEAD, France, and the Finance for NonFinance Executives Programme at London Business School in UK.

Marwan Abiad has 42 years of international experience across banking, finance, insurance, risk management, and operations. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certifications.

Sulaiman has around 18 years’ experience in corporate banking, with expertise in corporate banking, financial institutions, and global transaction banking. Sulaiman holds a BSc in Finance and Economics from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia

Meshari has more than two decades of experience in global markets and investments. He holds a BSc in Applied Medical Sciences from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He is also a graduate of the Senior Executive Program at London Business School.

Dr. Ahmed bin Abdulrahman Algaidy has over 20 years’ experience in Shariah, legal, and compliance advisory within the banking and investment sectors. He has held leadership roles in Shariah research, development, and governance across regional and international institutions. Dr. Algaidy holds a PhD in private equity funds from the Higher Judicial Institute, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Financial Law from Brunel University London, UK.

Arun Hari has over 33 years of experience in corporate banking and risk management and holds a BSc in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University, India and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.

Saleem Al Dabbagh has 31 years’ experience in compliance and risk management, gained across a range of financial institutions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in London, along with several related certifications, including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), Certified ACAMSAudit, and Certified Enterprise Risk Management Professional from the London School of Business & Finance. He is also a graduate of the Next-Level Leadership Program from London Business School.

Sukhwinder Nijjar has over 26 years of international banking experience in business development, strategic planning and operational risk across the UK, Asia and the Middle East. He holds BSc in Economics and Accounting from City University in London and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Helen Lloyd has over 36 years’ international experience in human resources development, learning and cultural transformation and holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University, UK; and a BA from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She attended the Management Development Programme at UNISA School of Business Leadership.

Ali Abdulhadi has 33 years’ senior level banking and audit experience. He has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is an associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Rima Bhatia has 29 years’ experience of forward-looking analysis on economic and financial developments, as well as leading the Bank’s strategy function. She holds an MBA in Finance & Economics and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain and attended an Executive Program at Harvard University, Boston, USA
