The organization recognizes the value of staff Learning & Development initiatives. These are based on ensuring our staff possess the required knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding performance. Out ;earning & development programs span regulatory, job-based and individual requirements as well as supporting staff to realize their potential through career development. Different learning methods such as e-learning, collaborative learning etc. are widely used by the Bank.

Initiatives like ‘job rotation’, ‘transfer of knowledge’, ‘lunch & learn’ etc. are also organized periodically to enhance knowledge sharing, cross-functional learning and to keep everyone abreast of the latest happenings and developments.
